Does anyone know if there is a way to respond directly to the commenter's email when someone comments on one of your posts in Blogger? I know you can post after it, but if the person who left the comment is not subscribed to your comments they won't get it unless they remember to check back.


How do the rest of you handle this? I would love to know!!

What To Do With Leftover Chicken

I love those rotisserie chickens they sell in the deli at the Pig! I know I can make my own, but it's just the idea of picking up a nice juicy chicken all ready to eat! Especially when they are on sale! I never get tired of them but the family does so last time I picked one up for my lunch.. I needed something new to do with the leftovers.

We love lettuce wraps, but haven't been able to find them since we moved. So I decided to make my own! I decided to try this recipe: Food.com PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps. Gathered all my ingrediments:

Chopped everything: Gotta love that handy little chopper!

Threw everything in the pan:

And TaDa!!

I also used half the chicken to make this recipe: Pillsbury Chicken Piadini's. I followed most of the recipe pretty closely, but instead of pizza dough, I used Phyllo sheets, and no cilantro because we are not big cilantro fans.

All in all, it was a big hit!

Next.... what to do with leftover Phyllo sheets!

I Can Garden!

Not much you can grow in Arizona, although I did have 2 artichoke plants that did really well. Now that we are in Wisconsin.... I can garden!

We belong to a farm co-op (CSA or Community Supported Agriculture) but there were a few things last year we'd have liked more of. So I am going to try and grow them! Green onions, radishes, artichokes, cantaloupes and some soy beans.

groOrganic has kindly given me a 30 day trial period on their Garden Planner in exchange for my reviewing it.

I have just started and let me tell you... it is very easy to use! I've put in my little plot area and added some for some containers that I am going to plant. I think I need to actually measure now!

I'm Hooked On Paper Quilling!

Well, I don't know how I found it, but I am in love! My desk is covered in little strips of paper! Along with all the other junk.... and I'm usually so organized!

Vacation!

We had a great time in Orlando! We had never been to Epcot before and we loved it!

Did some pin trading, ate some great food and really enjoyed the weather!
